Standard fabric-covered plug detail
The standard plan detail shows the plug on both sides of the mullion, with a fabric face layer and core. A continuous bead of acoustical sealant is identified on both sides of the partition.
The source detail is shown in 1-inch thickness. Use the measuring guide and project review to establish the required configuration for the actual condition.
M-Series aluminum plug detail
The M-Series drawing identifies an aluminum face layer, core, and neoprene gasket. It shows the M-Series plug on each side of the window mullion and continuous acoustical sealant on both sides of the wall.
Assembly and performance information
The standard and M-Series documents describe different assemblies. Review the applicable detail alongside the project drawings; use project review for questions about dimensions, finishes, and suitability.
